Vitactive is a Ugandan-based gymwear brand offering high-quality fitness apparel designed for style, comfort and performance.

To use our services and purchase products from our website, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian and you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of our Services.

3. Products & Orders 

Vitactive sells original, high quality activewear designed for performance, comfort, and confidence.

we do our best to ensure the product details on our website including images, sizing, colors and pricing are accurate, however, we do not guarantee that all product details are accurate, or error-free. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to cancel any order, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, or geographic region for any reason including stock limitation or suspected fraud. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

4. Prices & Payments 

Our product prices are listed in Ugandan currency and include applicable VAT.  Our prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product t any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the product.​

We accept (Mobile Money, Airtel pay, Credit card/debit) as the modes of payment listed on our website. orders must be paid in full before shipping. Shipping charges are added to the total cost of your order during the checkout process. these charges are dependent on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will make every effort to dispatch your order within the timeframe specified on our website. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Delivery timeframes within Uganda are 1-5 business days depending on location.

Shipping Fees: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery destination and service chosen.

International Orders: We currently offer international deliveries in particular East African countries. International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees based on their location. These are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order as along as the items are:

unworn

in original packaging

with tags intact

we do not accept returns for worn or damaged items. Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information on how to return products.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is faulty or does not match what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will offer a refund or replacement.
